NEISERRIA (gram negative diplococci, --> meningitis, arthritis , sepsis --> ceftriaxone 125 mg IM, or 50 mg/kg/d IV and parents)
BACTERIA - NON GONOCCAL (gram +ve or -ve)
CHLAMIDYA (basophilic intracytoplasic inclusion bodies --> pneumonitis, OM --> erythro syrup 50 mg/kg/d /4 and doxy to parents 100mg buid)
HSV (multinucleated giant cells, lymphocytes, plasma cells --> IV acyclovir 10 mg/kg, vira-A. viroptic )
