2) choroidal hemorrhage (iris + lens forward)

4) inadequate aqueous production (Day 2) 

Decreased IOP

1) wound leak

2) choroidal detachment

3) hyperfiltration

4) inadequate aqueous production (inflamed eye)

** In these cases if lens may touch cornea, inject Healon to prevent touch
